I am a husband and father to four beautiful children. We live in Kalispell, MT, where we chose to raise our family. They are my true startup and my passion. I enjoy assisting in their homeschooling, coaching their sports teams, and nerding out with them on the things they enjoy. I also have my pilot’s license and love sharing my passion for aviation with others.
The Story
I started my first business when I was 19, and I haven’t looked back since. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built web development agencies, hosted popular YouTube channels, launched online courses, and started a managed WordPress hosting company.
But the work I’m most proud of happens at home. I’m a husband and father to four beautiful children. We live in Kalispell, Montana, where my wife and I chose to raise our family. They are my true startup and my deepest passion. I enjoy assisting in their homeschooling, coaching their sports teams, and nerding out with them on the things they love.
I also have my pilot’s license and love sharing my passion for aviation with others. Life is meant to be lived intentionally, and I try to bring that mindset to everything I do.
On Stewardship & Intentional Living
I believe we’re stewards of what we’ve been given — our time, talents, resources, and relationships. Stewardship isn’t about accumulation; it’s about faithfulness with what’s in front of you.
Intentional living means saying no to the things that don’t align with your mission so you can say yes to the things that matter most. For me, that’s faith, family, and building things that serve others. I write about these ideas in my newsletter, Field Notes, and I try to live them out every day — imperfectly, but purposefully.
What I’m Focused On
Right now, I’m focused on growing Hill Media Group, expanding Site Nitro’s hosting platform, creating more educational content for creators and entrepreneurs, and being present for my family every single day.
