Trust…

Trust is always an issue and so you do not think I am totally random I will explain my situation.

What do you do when you hear about a situation from a third party but before you have a chance to confront that person about the thing you heard they come out and tell you? You can think one of two things? Either that person felt guilty and knew they needed to come clean or that person found out that you knew and came clean before you brought it up so they would not look as bad. Either way I can forgive and forget with ease.

But what happens when you find out that what the person told you is not the complete truth? The story you received from your source (friend) was not as in depth as the story you received from the person in question so for all you knew it was the truth. Come to find out later through other sources the story given to you by the person in question is not correct. Who do you believe? The source who has no reason to lie to you or the person in question that you want to trust so badly?

That is about as far as I will get into this situation and for those of you who are mildly witty I’m sure your keen intellect has made the connection as to what situation this is currently playing into. To those of you who have made the connection if I could ask for you to pray over the situation it would be much appreciated.

God bless you all..

no clue what’s going on, but I’ll pray.
Check out Proverbs 27:6 and then verse 9 too. Those are the verses that I think God put in my head for this, but I guess the question is who is the friend, meaning whose council should you trust. I tend to be naive, so I want to be able to trust everyone – not possible. So I guess really discerning that would require looking into the motives of the person who told you stuff in the first place – true concern or gossip/drama?
eh, sorry, I’m no good at advice, just doing what Gid says.

You know I’m always praying for you buddy :-) … However, I would suggest doing more talking to the person and less talking the the blog that a billion people read. lol! But… thats just my thoughts :-)
