Quickbooks

I hate Quickbooks!!! My CPA has been trying to get me to use it for years which about 6 months ago I finally started using it. I love the invoicing features and Im sure I am not even grazing the basics of Quickbooks but the one simple thing I want to do is impossible to figure out. I bill some of my clients monthly for hosting and Quickbooks will memorize transactions you tell it to and auto create invoices each month. This is nice, cause I don’t have to remember. But removing those memorized transactions is impossible with out removing the actual invoice. I don’t want to do that because I want to keep the record of transactions. I do not want to just disable it because I want it out of the list… I’m sure there has to be an easier way but as of right now I can not see that. I have been on 3 quickbooks help websites, in the manual and even prayed about it and nothing has came to me. I hate this. I would never have even purchased quickbooks if my CPA had not suggested it. Right now I am so frustrated I would drive my truck right through the front door of Quickbooks home office… There are programs I use that I have downloaded for free that have reoccurring features that allow you to remove those things easier…
