New place + Cancelled planning

Well Mallory and I signed a lease on a house today. We are pretty excited. It’s going to be fun to get working on that. We anticipate a day spent at Ikea and other stores I’m sure.

I have one thing to say: “My Grandparents are awesome!”

I decided today to cancel my involvement in the planning for my 10 year reunion. I was kind of an idiot and got into to much trouble as a kid and it seems that some people have held on to that. I placed a meetup on Classmates.com to get started on the planning, included my #, that was a bad idea. People just don’t grow up. Now there are several people I have gotten back in touch with over the last few years and those people I love and respect. They understand that as kids we can make mistakes. I had to make this decision because I do not need any junk in my life. I have worked to hard to keep clear of the drama that comes with staying in your hometown and I want it to stay that way. Thats what I get for going against my intuition which told me I shouldn’t put myself out there.
