It sounded great, and has been relatively easy to set up, however from the start I was greatly disappointed with the upload speeds. I have the best plan they offer and if I ever get above 800K upload it's rare. Download is all over the place from 2Mbps to 6 Mbps. I could live with each of those but I am now discovering that I am unable to set up remote access to my home network, and internet searching lead me to this post. I've wasted many hours with this now. Wish I had just gone with Cox for Internet and cable. What a PITA!! I, too, am becoming massively disenchanted with Clearwire.
