I, too, am becoming massively disenchanted with Clearwire. It sounded great, and has been relatively easy to set up, however from the start I was greatly disappointed with the upload speeds. I have the best plan they offer and if I ever get above 800K upload it's rare. Download is all over the place from 2Mbps to 6 Mbps. I could live with each of those but I am now discovering that I am unable to set up remote access to my home network, and internet searching lead me to this post. I've wasted many hours with this now. Wish I had just gone with Cox for Internet and cable. What a PITA!!

i'm pretty sure clearwire is a bait and switch scam. how many people will complain about the termination fee, if you complain to BBB clearwire will refund the fee. clearwire will not allow me to upload at all, if i do they lock the modem and i need to call them so they can complain about my use of their service, that they charge me, for destroying their business. i am currently trying to find out if they can be stopped.
