There are many Social Networks and online tools that allow you to import your contacts via Gmail but I have all of my contacts on my Mac. Apple Address Book only exports to Vcard, which I hate. Nobody uses Vcards. This little app called A to G converts your Address Book to CSV so you can import it into Gmail. Once you import it into Gmail then all of your contact info is saved and available for use online.
